Identity and availability
We match each brand to its official website and keep its outbound destination in the casino record. A name or a similar-looking domain is not enough to establish identity. Listings can be active, uncertain, inactive, closing, rebranded or upcoming. We disable visit links where a safe current destination has not been verified or an operator is no longer active. Logos are taken from identifiable brand sources when available; otherwise a text fallback is used.
State-level legal information and operator availability are separate questions. We review official state materials for the legal tracker, while each operator’s published restrictions and rules determine whether that operator says it serves a state. Both can change.
Games and platforms
Our game families include slots, sportsbook, poker, bingo, table games, live dealer and crash games. A brand can belong to several families, but a game name alone does not prove a category. We distinguish an actual poker product from video poker, and record the subtype of a sports product when supported by evidence. Native iOS and Android apps are verified separately from progressive web apps (PWAs) and ordinary mobile websites.
Offers and payments
We separate signup and first-purchase offers from free promotional currency, ongoing daily rewards and VIP programs. An AMOE or other no-purchase entry method is recorded separately from a free coin offer. We also distinguish purchase methods from prize-redemption methods and record published redemption minimums, payout timing and identity-verification (KYC) requirements where possible. A promotional claim of “instant” payout does not become a measured withdrawal time without supporting terms.
Launch-date research
For a launch timeline, we compare dated official Rules and Terms, operator announcements, App Store and Google Play history, Archive.org/Wayback captures, earliest reliable public references and corroborating independent sources. We distinguish a parked domain or teaser from an operational casino, and investigate prior domains and rebrands.
Domain registration is supporting evidence, not the casino’s launch date. RDAP or WHOIS history can help check a claim, but an older domain may have been used for something else and a newer domain may reflect a migration. Records can therefore have a verified, supported, conflicting or unknown launch-date confidence.
Corrections and limits
We prioritize official navigation, rules, FAQs, help pages and app listings, then use reliable secondary sources when official evidence is unavailable. A missing field stays unknown or unpublished; it is not converted to “no.” We do not claim to have deposited, played or redeemed at every listed casino. If you have a dated source that corrects a record, please use the contact page.
